Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled   UX Designer to join our team onsite in King of Prussia, PA. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in user-centered design principles, experience with design tools such as   Figma , and the ability to collaborate effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to define and implement innovative UX solutions that align with user needs and business goals.
  
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using   Figma .
  
• Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to refine design solutions.
  
• Develop and maintain design documentation, including style guides and design systems.
  
• Analyze user behaviors and market trends to continuously improve the user experience.
  
• Ensure designs are responsive and accessible across different devices and platforms.
  

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a UX Designer or similar role.
  
• Proficiency in   Figma and other design tools.
  
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
  
• Experience conducting user research, usability testing, and synthesizing feedback.
  
• Familiarity with responsive design and accessibility standards.
  
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience working on onsite projects in a fast-paced environment.
  
• Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and front-end frameworks is a plus.
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines effectively.
