Responsibilities Deliver on our promise by ensuring every moment matters for our clients through resolving client requests and concerns efficiently and communicating proactively. Inspect every vehicle before safely parking it, noting all findings. Explain valet rates to customers. Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices. Report all accidents, safety hazards, unusual occurrences, and policy violations to management. Know the area's major streets, landmarks, and freeways to ensure a seamless transportation experience. Come to work in a clean uniform on every scheduled shift, on time, and ready to work. Remain in complete uniform for the entirety of the shift. Assist management with additional duties as assigned. Qualifications A valid state driver’s license, current address, and acceptable driving record. The ability to safely drive a vehicle with a manual transmission is a plus. Availability to work special shifts if needed (2nd, 3rd shift, and/or weekends). Proof of eligibility to work legally in the U.S. (valid documentation if hired). The ability to provide accurate information to customers and co‑workers and respond professionally to customer problems or complaints. Basic math skills to handle cash and understand US currency. The ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions, adapting calmly to changes. Physical Demands Regularly required to stand, walk, and use hands to handle cash and equipment. Occasionally required to sit, climb, or balance. Must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Salary Range $18.00 per hour (+ tips). This role is eligible to earn tips in addition to the posted hourly rate.
