Overview SP+ is a Metropolis company that leverages computer vision to power checkout‑free parking experiences. We enable people to drive in and drive out, eliminating tickets, machines, apps, or credit cards. We are the largest parking network in America, operating across 4,000+ locations in North America and Europe. Responsibilities Inspect every vehicle and safely park it, noting all findings. Explain valet rates and answer customer questions promptly and courteously. Observe traffic laws and safe driving practices. Report accidents, safety hazards, and policy violations to management. Provide directions to customers based on major streets, landmarks, and freeways. Maintain a clean uniform and arrive on time for every scheduled shift. Assist management with additional duties as assigned. Qualifications Valid state driver’s license, current address, and clean driving record. Ability to drive a manual vehicle is a plus. Availability for special shifts, 2nd/3rd shift and/or weekends. Proof of eligibility to work in the U.S. (lawfully required documentation). Strong communication skills and ability to respond professionally to customer issues. Basic math skills for handling U.S. currency and reading instructions.
