**Executive Assistant (Bilingual - Spanish/English)**
**Location: Preferred candidates based in South America**
We are currently seeking a highly organized, proactive, and bilingual **Executive Assistant** with a minimum of **three years of proven experience** supporting senior executives. The ideal candidate will be a **fluent Spanish speaker**, capable of managing professional communication in both **English and Spanish** with ease.
### **Key Responsibilities:**
* Provide high-level administrative support to senior leadership.
* Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate international travel arrangements.
* Draft and prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence in both English and Spanish.
* Act as a point of contact and liaison between the executive team and internal/external stakeholders.
* Maintain strict confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
* Organize, prioritize, and manage multiple tasks efficiently to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
### **Qualifications:**
* Minimum of **3 years** of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar high-level administrative role.
* **Fluency in both Spanish and English** (spoken and written) is **required**.
* Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management abilities.
* Strong written and verbal communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
* Proficiency in **Microsoft Office Suite** and/or **Google Workspace**.
* Ability to work independently, as well as collaboratively across teams and time zones.
