We are seeking dedicated individuals for two essential roles in our move-in/move-out operations: Warehouse Mover and On-Site Loading/Unloading Specialist. These positions are integral to ensuring the safe and efficient handling of clients' belongings, including high-value items. Candidates must demonstrate reliability, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality service. All applicants are required to complete a Zoom interview before employment.

Shifts:

• Warehouse Packing & Unpacking
  
• On-Site Loading/Unloading: Varies by client schedule

Requirements

Key Responsibilities:

Warehouse Mover:

• Safely pack and unpack items, including fragile and high-value goods.
  
• Organize and label items for easy identification.
  
• Ensure all items are handled with care to prevent damage.
  

On-Site Loading/Unloading Specialist:

• Arrive at client locations on time to load and unload items.
  
• Use appropriate equipment to move items safely.
  
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members.
  
• Report any damages or issues immediately to the team leader.
  

Qualifications:

• Ability to lift heavy items (up to 50 lbs) and perform physical tasks.
  
• Reliable transportation to and from work.
  
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
  
• Professional demeanor and customer service skills.
  
• Willingness to work overnight and flexible hours as needed.

Our clients often have high-value items. Accidental damage can result in significant costs. Therefore, all team members must handle items with the utmost care and follow safety protocols diligently.
