HIV Starter Facts -- The HIV/Starter Facts program helps participants develop a knowledge base about HIV & AIDS, acquire skills in separating facts from misinformation and opinions, and learn how to use the American Red Cross HIV/AIDS Facts Book effectively. The Maryland State Board of Chiropractic Examiners will accept the certificate to satisfy the three hours of continuing education training in communicable diseases.
