Job Title 613 – Specialist, Account Executive Dept Number : 5450 Overview Pay: $22-$24.88 / hour. This position is eligible for Daily Pay. Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm. Job Summary The Specialist, Account Executive is responsible for driving business development by devising and implementing marketing strategies, identifying and establishing relationships with key decision makers within prospect accounts and identifying opportunities to broaden the scope of services within our existing client base. Essential Functions Customer Outreach and Sales – Visit potential customers to prospect for new business, negotiate terms, provide quotations, close sales, review sales performance, provide weekly activity reports. Relationship Management – Establish and maintain strong cooperative relationships with all staff, clients, applicants, referral agencies, and the public. Maintain and develop relationships via meetings, telephone calls and emails. Network throughout the business community. Overall Support and Quality Focus – Lead efforts to improve and/or streamline processes, recommend actions that continually improve office operations. Attend and participate in internal meetings, represent the organization at professional meetings, trade exhibitions, conferences and job fairs. Strategic Leadership and Support – Advocate the vision, mission and strategic plan, keep informed of developments in marketing and staffing services, promote quality standards, set professional conduct and appearance standards. Qualifications Education – A Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Management, or Human Resources or equivalent combination of training and experience is required. Experience – Previous experience working in the sales industry is preferred. Other – Ability to work independently, assertive, negotiate “win-win” situations, demonstrate effective interpersonal skills, high level of organization, make difficult and timely decisions; excellent written and verbal communication skills; high level of energy, innovation, inspiration; travel may be required; ability to drive for company business; valid Colorado State driver license and vehicle insurance for company mileage reimbursement.
