Primary Responsibilities Build relationships with small to medium-sized business owners and guide them through the confidential listing process. Serve as a transaction manager, handling buyer screening, offers, due diligence, and the closing process. Collaborate within a team-oriented environment, working together on transactions to achieve shared success. Operate as an entrepreneur while receiving robust support from the office, including marketing and lead generation, administrative assistance, initial training, ongoing career development, and team-based selling and client support. Skills and Qualifications Relevant experience may include: Business Brokerage Franchise Ownership or Development Insurance Sales Commercial or Small Business Banking Real Estate (Commercial or Residential) Financial Advisory, CPA, or Legal Services Executive Leadership or General Management Sales and Business Development Relationship Management and Networking Project Management or Engineering Expertise Key Attributes Proficiency in technology, including CRM systems, email, and Microsoft Office Suite. A "farmer" mentality, paired with urgency and excellent customer service skills to foster lasting client relationships. Creative and independent problem-solving abilities. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients, prospects, and transactions. Discretion and professionalism in all client interactions. Self-motivation and a polished, trustworthy demeanor.
