Job Title: Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Monday–Friday, Standard Business Hours

Pay Rate: $28–$29/hour

Employment Type: Temp-to-Perm (or Long-Term Temp if Necessary)

Job Overview:
We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our team in Canton, MA. This role involves providing top-notch customer support, managing order entry, and ensuring seamless communication with clients. The position is temp-to-perm , with the potential for long-term temporary employment if needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and enter customer orders accurately and efficiently
• Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email with professionalism and urgency
• Troubleshoot and resolve order issues, shipping concerns, and product inquiries
• Maintain and update customer records in SAP (training available if needed)
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely order fulfillment
• Provide exceptional service to maintain and grow customer relationships

Qualifications:

• Prior experience in customer service, order entry, or a related role
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus, but training will be provided
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
