Key Responsibilities for the E-Billing Specialist:

• Assist in managing the full e-billing process, including invoice preparation, submission, and follow-up
• Collaborate with attorneys and legal assistants to ensure billing accuracy and compliance with client guidelines
• Maintain and update billing records, resolve discrepancies, and respond to client inquiries
• Generate reports and assist with month-end billing cycles
• Support process improvements and system enhancements related to billing operations

Qualifications Desired for the E-Billing Specialist:

• 2+ years of experience in legal billing or e-billing within a professional services environment
• Familiarity with e-billing platforms (e.g., Aderant, Counselink, Legal Tracker or similar)
