We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Marketing Coordinator to join our Orlando, FL team and assist in managing marketing projects and campaigns without focusing on social media or digital marketing.

Position Summary:
The Entry Level Marketing Coordinator will support the marketing team in organizing, planning, and executing marketing initiatives, client communications, and promotional activities. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns, events, and promotional activities.

  • Coordinate with internal teams, clients, and vendors to ensure timely delivery of marketing materials.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends, target audiences, and competitive insights.

  • Prepare presentations, reports, and marketing collateral for client meetings and internal use.

  • Maintain and update marketing databases, client records, and project files.

  • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.

  • Provide administrative support to the marketing team, including scheduling meetings and handling correspondence.

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field preferred.

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative approach.
