· Manage all aspects of event logistics, including venue selection, vendor coordination, budget development, marketing, registration, and on-site execution, ensuring alignment with The Cosecha’s mission and brand.
· Recruit, train, and supervise volunteers and staff to support event activities, working closely with a Volunteer Coordinator (if applicable) to ensure smooth operations.
· Create detailed event timelines, RFPs, post-event surveys, and reports to evaluate success and identify areas for improvement, focusing on donor engagement and fundraising outcomes.
Fundraising and Development:
· Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet The Cosecha’s annual financial goals, targeting individuals, foundations, corporate sponsors, and community partners passionate about supporting sustainable aquaponic systems and villagers’ well-being.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, fundraising software (e.g., DonorPerfect, Raiser’s Edge, or HubSpot), and event management tools.
· Passion for The Cosecha’s mission to support villagers through sustainable aquaponic systems, with a commitment to equity, justice, and community empowerment.
· Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, during events or fundraising campaigns, and willingness to travel as needed for events or networking opportunities.
· Experience with volunteer management, grant writing, and budget development is a plus.
