Job Title: Facility Manager
Hourly Pay: $44 - $50/hour

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and proactive Facility Manager to join our remote team. In this role, you will oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and safety compliance of buildings and facilities. You will be responsible for coordinating vendor services, supervising maintenance efforts, and ensuring all facilities are running smoothly and efficiently. Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the maintenance and operational performance of buildings and facilities
• Ensure compliance with safety, health, and environmental regulations (e.g., OSHA, local building codes)

• Supervise maintenance staff or coordinate with third-party contractors

• Develop and implement preventative maintenance schedules and inspection routines

• Respond to facility-related emergencies and resolve issues promptly

• Oversee facility budgets, including expenditures for maintenance, upgrades, and vendor contracts
• Maintain documentation of facility operations, safety checks, and compliance reports
• Provide regular status updates and reports to senior management

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Facility Manager or in a similar facilities operations role
• Strong understanding of building systems, maintenance protocols, and regulatory requirements

• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills

• Ability to manage multiple properties or facilities remotely

• Proficiency with facility management software and digital reporting tools
• Must have reliable internet and a quiet, dedicated workspace
