Job Title: In-Home Sales Closer

In this role, you will be responsible for selling our top-quality exterior home improvement products and services to homeowners in the comfort of their own homes.
As an In-Home Sales Closer, you will be the face of our company and the driving force behind our sales efforts. You will work closely with potential customers to understand their needs, present our products and services, and ultimately close the deal.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services
- Conduct in-depth consultations with customers to identify their needs and recommend the best solutions
- Give compelling presentations that highlight the features and benefits of our products and services
- Use persuasive sales techniques to effectively close deals
- Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
- Keep detailed records of all sales and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers
- Collaborate with team members and management to improve sales strategies and achieve company goals
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years of experience in direct sales, preferably in the home improvement industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
- Strong time-management and organizational abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
