Call warm leads, develop quotes that match the needs of prospective customers, and employ a tactical follow‑up plan to write/earn new business. Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification. Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed. Requirements Property and Casualty license (must have currently) Life and Health license (must be able to obtain within 90 days) Able to work in a team environment and toward a common goal Able to multi‑task Ability to effectively relate to a customer Excellent communication skills—written, verbal and listening Self‑motivated Detail oriented Proactive in problem solving (critical thinker) Dedicated to customer service Compensation $45,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies.
