As a Senior IT Manager, you will be responsible for all activities related to Technology Support, Helpdesk support, infrastructure and network. You will also ensure the continuity of IT services and the maintenance of high cybersecurity standards. We're looking for an experienced manager who can develop and mentor strong teams, provide great technical advices and establish key relationships with partners at all levels of the company, including working closely with our development teams to provide them with the right tools and support. What you'll do Manage the Technology Support & Infrastructure team and provide technical guidance and leadership to create the best employee experience Act as a key member of the studio leadership team Partner with key production partners to align on their needs and goals and collaborate on technology solutions Develop a proactive approach towards cybersecurity and collaborate with key partners at all levels of the company on implementing the best solutions Manage the Technology Support & Infrastructure department budget, inventory and resources Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors Manage the evaluation and implementation of various technical projects Develop the short, mid, long-term strategy and plan for the Technology Support and Infrastructure team, in collaboration with the Studio leadership team Assure best in class technological support for employees Stay updated on the latest technology trends and developments Document procedures and processes within the Technology Support and Infrastructure department. What you'll bring 10+ years of experience in IT, in an high-tech, high-paced industry. 3-5 years of experience in IT management Broad knowledge of technology needs for game software development Experience in building processes, procedures, and policies Project management experience Exceptional customer relationship skills Experience collaborating with creative teams Deep appreciation for developer productivity Maintain a clear overview of all content creation and instinctively delve into details when a more hands-on approach is required Be an accomplished mediator and resolver of conflicts, able to help people and teams with opposing points of view come together and agree on goals and solutions Can distil complex plans down to their path and essential milestones Maintain asset production budgets Virtualization ( Vmware, VMWare SDDC and Hyper-V) Public cloud technologies and services like AWS, Azure Good Knowledge of Microsoft based operating systems (Windows Server, Exchange (O365), Active Directory) CCNA an asset ITIL an asset Certification with any information security standard an asset Relevant Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP) certifications an asset Excellent communication skills in French and English.
