Requirements

✔ 2+ years of experience in promoting makeup brands, with a strong preference for candidates who have experience in K-beauty.
✔ Familiarity with key retail channels such as Watsons, Guardian, and beauty counters is essential.
✔ Passionate about makeup trends and committed to providing exceptional customer engagement.
✔ Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to confidently conduct makeup demonstrations and educate customers on products.
✔ Fluent in Mandarin and Malay to connect effectively with a diverse customer base.
✔ Independent and self-motivated, with the ability to travel and visit retail locations regularly.

Role & Responsibilities

🛍 Product & Inventory Management

• Coordinate product listings, pricing, and promotions for Watsons and Guardian.
• Monitor inventory levels to ensure stock availability in retail stores.
• Collaborate with logistics teams for timely stock replenishment.

🏬 Retail Execution & Visual Merchandising

• Ensure products are displayed according to planograms and promotional themes.
• Partner with the marketing team to align in-store displays with digital campaigns.
• Conduct regular store visits to monitor product placement, gather customer feedback, and analyze competitor activity.

🎤 Promotions & Customer Engagement

• Represent the brand as an ambassador by engaging with customers to introduce new products and drive sales.
• Lead makeup demonstrations to highlight hero products and trending beauty looks.
• Educate customers on product benefits and help them find the perfect shades.
• Gather customer feedback to improve marketing and sales strategies.

📊 Sales Performance & Reporting

• Track sales performance and customer engagement data.

• Provide insights on top-selling products and suggest promotional strategies.

• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to optimize in-store execution.
