The Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) provides mental health services remotely through Headway, offering psychotherapy and medication management. Clinicians are supported with credentialing, billing, and marketing to help them establish or grow their private practices flexibly. This role allows LCSWs to set their own hours and see clients via telehealth or in-person, promoting access and affordability in mental healthcare.

Wage: Between $90-$127 an hour
