A remote digital publishing group is seeking entry-level eBook Writing Coordinators to help assemble, refine, and release nonfiction Kindle books using structured templates and AI support tools. This fully remote role requires no writing experience, no degree, and no background in self-publishing . All required systems, prompts, formatting checklists, and publishing workflows are provided.
This role is ideal for those who are detail-oriented, prefer working independently, and want to generate long-term royalty income without needing to write from scratch, chase freelance clients, or figure things out alone. Coordinators are not responsible for creating original long-form content, but rather assembling pre-structured outlines, guiding AI-generated material, formatting books, and preparing them for launch through Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing (KDP).
You will be responsible for managing the entire publishing workflow for each nonfiction eBook from start to finish. Each book is built using the Kindle Riches publishing system, which includes repeatable frameworks that allow you to publish successfully regardless of your previous experience.
Use included tools to evaluate potential nonfiction book topics
Analyze Amazon Best Seller Rank (BSR) data to find high-demand categories
Choose from a list of curated, beginner-friendly topics or discover your own
Validate your selected niche based on reader demand and keyword compatibility
This ensures you’re working on books with real market potential—not guessing.
Using AI writing assistants such as ChatGPT, and plug-and-play prompt templates, you’ll:
Generate short nonfiction drafts (3,000–7,000 words) based on your topic
Apply structured outlines to maintain chapter flow and reader comprehension
Refine AI-generated responses for tone, readability, and clarity
Complete the manuscript using provided examples, formulas, and checklists
No original writing from scratch is required. You’ll work within a repeatable structure designed for easy success.
Once content is complete, you will format it for publication using standardized templates. This includes:
Structuring chapters with proper headers and spacing
Formatting bullet points, tables, and lists for mobile-friendly reading
Adding tables of contents and back matter
Styling the manuscript to comply with Kindle publishing standards
Exporting the final version in upload-ready format
Templates remove any need for technical formatting knowledge.
Next, you’ll prepare your book’s data to ensure it appears and performs well in Amazon search.
Tasks include:
Writing keyword-optimized titles and subtitles using proven formulas
Generating book descriptions designed to increase conversions
Selecting backend keywords and categories based on your topic
Creating or customizing your cover using free tools and included design assets
These steps are critical to your book being discovered and purchased.
With your book completed, you’ll follow the included launch framework to publish and promote it.

Uploading manuscripts and covers to Amazon Kindle Direct Publishing
Reviewing the previewer to ensure accuracy in layout and metadata
Launching the book with the press release and visibility strategy
Logging completed projects and monitoring royalty performance
Scaling your catalog by repeating the process for new books
Each launch positions your content for long-term, recurring income generation.
