**About the Role:**
We are seeking a motivated and friendly self-starter with an entrepreneurial spirit. As a Restaurant Recruiter, your responsibilities will include identifying recruiting needs, posting job advertisements, interviewing candidates, verifying references, and collaborating with hiring managers. Strong internet search skills, excellent communication abilities, and adherence to protocols are essential for success in this role.
**Ideal Candidate Profile:**
The perfect candidate will reside in one of the following states: Utah, Arizona, Montana, Wyoming, or Nevada.
**Key Qualifications:**
- 3+ years of management or culinary recruiting experience.
- High level of technological proficiency and a willingness to learn new tools.
- Comfortable conducting interviews via computer or phone for 6-8 hours a day.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- A genuine desire to mentor management applicants and positively impact lives daily.

**Additional Qualifications:**
- 3-5 years of recruiting experience in the hospitality industry.
