Job Title: S crum Master
Location-Type: Hybrid - onsite 2 days/week
Start Date Is: 2 weeks from offer
Duration: 11 months contract
Compensation Range: $65.00-$80.00/hr

Responsibilities:

• The Scrum Master's responsibilities include but not limited to the following:
• Coordinate internal resources, stakeholders, and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of assigned projects.
• Ensure that all projects and activities are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget.
• Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
• Ensure resource availability and proper delegation of tasks.
• Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
• Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques.
• Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
• Report and escalate to management as needed.
• Manage the relationship with all relevant stakeholders.
• Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
• Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
• Facilitate meetings with stakeholders to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each project.
• Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
• Ensure compliance with industry standard and best practice for Agile methodology.
• Coach project team members (as needed) with industry standard and best practices for Agile methodology.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Must Haves

REQUIRED EDUCATION:
Bachelor's Degree in any field (Technology or MIS would be preferred)

TOP 5 REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 5 years of Project Management in Agile Scrum Environment
• 3 years of experience with reporting and data analytics
• Ability to manage multiple projects and communicate cross functionally
• 3 years of experience managing other workersExcellent Communication Skills

TECHNOLOGY PROFICIENCIES:

• Microsoft Office
• BI/Visualization Tools (Tableau or Power BI, etc.)
• Data Warehousing Applications (Azure, etc.)
• JIRA

• PMI Certification
