Position Overview: They are seeking an experienced TIG Welder & Fabricator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with aluminum surfaces, proficiency in operating various welding shop machinery including lathes, brakes, and other equipment, as well as a strong background in fabricating as it pertains to welding.
Responsibilities:

• Perform TIG welding on aluminum surfaces with precision and attention to detail.
• Operate and maintain welding shop machinery, including lathes, brakes, and other equipment.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements.
• Fabricate components and structures according to project specifications.
• Inspect workpieces for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve project goals and deadlines.
• Adhere to safety protocols and procedures at all times.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a TIG Welder & Fabricator, preferably in a welding shop environment.
• Proficiency in TIG welding techniques, particularly on aluminum surfaces.
• Ability to operate and maintain various welding shop machinery and tools.
• Strong fabricating skills with a focus on precision and accuracy.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and quality craftsmanship.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Commitment to safety practices and procedures.
