ADEX Healthcare Staffing LLC is seeking a travel nurse RN Med Surg for a travel nursing job in Prescott, Arizona.

\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM with 30-minute unpaid lunch break
\n• Night shifts available with every other weekend requirement
\n• Work 2 weekends per 4-week schedule
\n• Holiday requirement includes working 2 days and 1 evening or 2 evenings and 1 day for Christmas, New Year's, and Thanksgiving
\n• Patient ratio of 1:5 on 48-bed telemetry unit (4A and 4B)
\n• First to float to East Campus and possibly PCU if qualified
\n• Required certifications: ACLS and BLS
\n• Navy blue scrubs required
\n• One shift of unit-specific orientation provided
\n• Must have experience reading basic telemetry strips and interpreting strips at least once per shift
\n• Experience with general and orthopedic surgical patients, CVA, and TIA required
\n• Cerner experience recommended due to limited orientation
\n• Care for patients with COVID, respiratory issues, GI conditions, diabetes, telemetry, TIA, CVA, and general/orthopedic/spinal surgical patients
\n• Work with equipment including BiPAP, CPAP, high flow oxygen, and breathing treatments
\n• Handle set rate Diltiazem drips (no titration required)
\n• Work alongside nurse aides (1:10-15 ratio), charge nurses, and remotely monitored telemetry
\n• Four-week self-scheduling system with manager balancing
\n• Cancellation policy: 4 shifts per contract (3 shifts if contract under 13 weeks)
\n• No call or standby requirements
