Travel Respiratory Therapist/ICU | Contract Role

Location: Hanover, PA, 17331

Shift: 8 HR Nights | 11:00 PM - 07:00 AM

Duration: 12- weeks contract

Weekly Pay: $1680 $1840

Guaranteed Hours: 40 per week

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform assessments and deliver therapeutic respiratory interventions for critically ill patients
• Operate and monitor mechanical ventilators and other advanced respiratory equipment
• Administer oxygen and aerosolized medications as prescribed
• Perform airway management, including suctioning, intubation assistance, and extubation
• Monitor and document patient responses and adjust therapy as indicated
• Collaborate with ICU staff to develop and implement care plans
• Provide education to patients and families on respiratory treatments
• Adhere to infection control and safety procedures
• Complete timely and accurate documentation in the electronic health record

Qualifications:

• Active Respiratory Therapist license in Pennsylvania.
• Minimum of 1 2 years ICU or critical care respiratory therapy experience.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications (AHA or equivalent).
• Strong knowledge of ventilator management and advanced airway procedures.
• Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.

• Locals accepted - local pay rate will apply for candidates residing within 75 miles.
