Job Summary:

As an Onsite Manager at Full Steam Staffing, you will be instrumental in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our distribution center. Your role encompasses ensuring workforce efficiency, maintaining safety protocols, and fostering strong client relationships to uphold service excellence.

Essential Functions:

• Supervise onsite employees, ensuring adherence to attendance and punctuality policies.
• Provide leadership and guidance to onsite team members, promoting professionalism and teamwork.
• Prioritize tasks to meet operational deadlines and optimize workflow efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with workers' compensation regulations and manage workplace injury incidents.
• Conduct pre-shift safety meetings and certify employees in Material Handling Equipment operation.
• Perform regular safety walks to identify and rectify potential hazards, maintaining a safe work environment.
• Administer timekeeping programs to accurately record employee hours and manage payroll processes.
• Prepare comprehensive daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports as required.
• Implement disciplinary actions and performance improvement plans when necessary.
• Maintain and update employee databases and records regularly to ensure accuracy.
• Assist the Onsite Manager with additional tasks and projects as assigned.

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent; higher education or relevant certifications preferred.
• Previous experience in warehouse or distribution center management is highly desirable.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications (Excel, Word) and strong computer literacy.
• Fluency in Spanish (reading, writing, speaking) is essential for effective communication with the workforce.
