Military Services Volunteer
As an Armed Forces Emergency Services Casework Aide, you’ll be trained to:
- Prepare messages to be sent anywhere in the world to assist service members and their loved ones in times of personal crisis
- Interview and obtain vital information from Active Duty service members and their families by telephone or in person
- Gather verifications of emergency situations from doctors, hospitals, and other civilian and military authorities
- Make appropriate referrals to other helping agencies
